Returns & Store Credit
Store credit is available on eligible returns requested within 14 days of the carrier-marked delivery date. At this time, we do not offer refunds. Items marked Final Sale are final sale.
To qualify for store credit, the piece must be returned with original tags attached, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition. That means no makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, stains, damage, pet hair, or signs the piece was worn beyond a brief try-on.
Return Process
To start a return, email ami@mienneami.com with your order number within 14 days of the carrier-marked delivery date. If the return is approved, the package must be scanned by the carrier within 7 business days of approval. Returns scanned after that window are not eligible for store credit.
Customers are responsible for buying their own return shipping label and covering return shipping costs. Mienne-Ami does not provide return labels. Once a return is received and approved, store credit is issued for the item amount only. If a return does not meet the requirements above, Mienne-Ami reserves the right to deny store credit.
Damages and Errors
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email ami@mienneami.com within 3 days of delivery.
