Returns, store credit, final sale items, shipping, and privacy are governed by the policies listed on this page.

Orders 

Mienne-Ami reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. In these cases, a refund is issued for the canceled item or order.

Fit

Measurements are listed on every product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements before purchase. Mienne-Ami is not responsible for fit issues on pieces that match the measurements listed on the product page.

Communication

Customer service is handled by email during business hours (10 AM - 6 PM MST) on business days.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mienne-Ami is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of this site or the purchase of products made through it.
