Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped from the U.S. on business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. Tracking information is sent by email once a package ships.

Mienne-Ami sells in-stock pieces only. If a rare inventory error occurs, a refund is issued for any unavailable item.

Delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee.  

For orders outside the U.S., any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
